Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. For custom orders or pieces that require additional time for creation, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods:

We use First Class USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped so that you can monitor its progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in creating high-quality, handmade stained glass pieces that are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they are in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final, so please carefully review your order before submitting it. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that all stained glass pieces are one-of-a-kind and may have slight variations in color or texture due to the handmade nature of the product. These variations are a part of the charm and uniqueness of stained glass art.
